Privacy, in plain words.

Your scripts, synthetic characters and audio files are private to your account.

What we process

Account name, email, sign-in identities, project scripts, synthetic voice descriptions, generated audio, generation status and billing references. We do not ask for personal voice recordings in this version. Passwords are hashed by our authentication service.

Who processes it

Cloudflare hosts the website, application database and private files. Model requests are sent to our audio generation provider in Beijing, China. Your script and selected synthetic audio references cross that processing region. Resend delivers verification, password-reset and support emails. Google and Apple handle their sign-in flows. Paddle processes payments and associated tax and invoice details. Card details are entered in Paddle checkout rather than stored by Foleyix.

Service activity & support

We record successful workspace actions, generation and export outcomes, quota use, feedback threads and support delivery status to operate the service and measure activity. The admin dashboard is restricted to our verified support account. These records contain action categories and account identifiers, never script text, audio, passwords or login tokens. Your feedback and support correspondence are stored to resolve your request. Optional signed-in page categories are recorded only when visit statistics are allowed; admin pages are excluded.

To operate the service, we retain coarse API request categories, timestamps, server response times, HTTP status codes, provider-reported Usage and validated saved-audio durations for up to 90 days. These metrics contain no account identifiers, client IP addresses, full request URLs, queries, credentials, scripts or audio content. Only the verified support administrator can view them.

New registrations and confirmed unpaid orders send operational notices to our support mailbox, including the account name, email and necessary transaction references. System HTTP 5xx alerts include only coarse endpoint groups, status codes, times and counts. Delivery records and deduplication keys are retained to prevent duplicate notices; these emails never include scripts, audio, passwords or login links.

Retention & control

Free-trial audio is retained for 7 days. Paid audio is retained for 30 days after the paid period ends. Professional projects and results are hidden after professional access ends; renewing restores access to project records and audio that has not been deleted. Deleted audio cannot be restored by renewing. Scripts remain in the account. Retention dates appear with saved results. Required billing records may be retained separately for legal accounting requirements. Authentication cookies keep your session; drafts may be stored on your device. Optional Google Analytics visit statistics are off by default. Only after you allow statistics do we load Google Analytics and its cookies. We send generic page categories, without scripts, character descriptions, audio, email addresses, sign-in tokens or URL query strings. Google processes these basic browsing statistics. You can withdraw at any time through Analytics settings; browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control keep statistics off.

Paid plans are not open yet. The current preview does not collect real payments.
