Paddle is our payment merchant of record. Open Account → Invoices & payment methods for receipts and payment settings. Cancel renewal at any time; the plan stays active through the period you have paid for. No automatic overage fees or yearly commitments apply.

Contact the published Foleyix support channel or Paddle buyer support with the transaction reference when a charge is incorrect. Refunds follow applicable consumer law and Paddle approval. Do not send card details or passwords. Approved refunds reverse the corresponding unused allowance proportionally; jobs already in progress are reconciled safely. A technical generation failure automatically returns its held generation allowance, which is separate from a payment refund.
